If you're a fan of Mexican / Latino
images like those found in the La Loteria, celebrating
Dia de los Muertos, La Virgen de Guadalupe, Lucha Libre or items depicting Frida Kahlo, this
is your kind of place. You'll also find many fun and
often funky goods for you and your home (or that of your
best amigo/friend) that feature designs beyond Latino
themes. You'll want to be sure to browse
each category of items to discover the possibilities! Just click to
get started!
Vista Latina is the place to find some fun and unusual
stationery, jewelry and gift items, most
celebrating the many aspects Latino
culture worldwide. Thus far, many of the
items offered on this site are made with
love by yours truly but as this site and venture grows, more wonderful work by Latino
artists and craftspeople or those who
celebrate the varied Latino culture in
their art and craftwork will be added.
We find ourselves drawn to the many icons and
imagery that are uniquely Latino or
Latino-inspired, especially Mexican and
Mexican-American. Thus you will find many
of these themes in our work. But, also
being citizens of the world, we get
pleasure from aspects of many cultures
and time periods. This means you will
also find "non-Latino" stuff in our work...but that's who
we are. At this
time, most of the items offered on this
site are made by our own hands with lots
of love, sweat and tears--most times as
you order them. So, take a look around
and we hope you find something that will
tickle your fancy.

- THE MISSION
- Vista
Latina aims to be the place where
the work of Latino artists and
the varied flavors of the Latino
culture around the world is
featured and celebrated in
quality stationary and gift
products.
|
- THE HOPE
- To
make Vista Latina a profitable
venture so that it can share some
of its good fortune by eventually
setting up a scholarship fund for
Latino students who want to study
business and/or entrepreneurship.
It is my belief that the more
Latinos own or run businesses,
the better they can determine
their own destiny.
|
- THE WISH
- Our
wish is that you will be enticed
to purchase some of the following
items and help Vista Latina
become your place for quality fun
and unusual stationary and gifts.
