Shipping is done via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation and UPS Ground of FedEx Ground for heavier items and large orders. Most packages will ship via Priority service which usually is a 2-4 day delivery after it leaves my office/store/den of craft. I am usually able to send out orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, since many items may be made only upon order, it may take up to 14 days to receive your order. This would include customized items as well. I will let you know in the email confirming your order the expected time for fulfillment of your order.

Please note: in my quest to recycle as much as possible, I will sometimes use recycled boxes to send out your order. Be assured that I will only use clean boxes in great condition when available. If you prefer a new box/container for shipping, please let me know in the comment section if you pay via PayPal or via email.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping and handling charges on orders are calculated based on order total and weight. Because of the various rules that the US Postal Service imposes on internationally, there may need to be an adjustment to the shipping cost. You will be notified of any difference and allowed to decide if you wish to proceed with the shipping of your order.  Below is a general guide on costs and covers the following countries:  EU Nations, Mexico, Canada.  Other countries will have to priced out on a case by case basis.
